Job Description:
1. Development and Implementation Embedded Application Software for (Layer2/3 switch etc) including designing application specifications, test cases and other related documents （开发并实现嵌入式应用软件（包括2层/3层交换的应用）的开发，并编写设计规范，测试用例和其他相关文档）
2. Work with control application engineer to design MIB definitions（设计MIB定义文件）
3. Work with other development teams to address product issues and problems （同其他项目成员一起分析解决产品问题）

Requirement:
1. BSEE/MSEE with 2+ years related work experience in telecommunications system （电子/通信或计算机相关专业学士/硕士，2年以上电信系统开发经验）
2. First-hand knowledge/experience of layer2/3 switch application development and implementation （2层/3层交换机的应用的开发和实践经验）
3. Experience in C/C++ in Linux and/or VxWorks Application development environment （嵌入式C/C++, Linux/VxWorks应用开发经验）
4. Experience in Netconf/TR069 is preferred
5. Work with others to diagnose/troubleshoot, resolve, and verify software/system problems（软件/系统问题的诊断，解决和验证经验）
6. Good communication skills, reliable, easy to get along with, quick learner （良好的沟通能力，诚实，可靠，易于相处，善于学习）
7. Good teamwork spirit （良好的团队合作精神）
8. Self motivated and hard working （积极向上，工作努力）
9. Read, write and speak in English and Chinese on communication level
